Emergency Exercise 1-1-2

Since ancient times, in every civilization we developed different techniques or customs to calm down the fight and flight response.

Zen origin technique called mindfulness is one of the most popular in general practice nowadays. Transcendental Medication, Tai Chi, Qi Kung, Pranayama, Christian medication, Lectio Divina etc all originate from different religious customs.

In secular environment we need to reduce stress and find the balance.

I found stop and doing nothing but observing breathing on daily basis the easiest way to work with our body. Just stop for a scheduled 1 minute three times a day and watch breathing, practice gratitude for 1-2 minutes of the late afternoon and thank for those who you met and you were given.

In the morning it might be as simple joy as you arrived at work safely and there is no flat tyre in your car.

In the evening it might be as simple joy as you arrived home and your roof is not leaking!

Seize the day! Enjoy your day! Just for 1 minute at least. This Emergency Exercise can safe your life!
