Our medical practice provides the integrative approach and the cost of service is associated with the time dedicated to the patient.  

Integrative medicine consultation and functional solution to the problem - 220 euro - 1.5 hours.

First nutritional and environmental visit - 130 euro 60 minutes, next visit 60 euro 30 minutes, 95 euro 60 minutes

Functional diagnostics analysis of results  120 euro - 40 minutes

Family medicine consultation - GP services:

1. 10 min.  routine GP 60 e visit or short examination for triage of Emergency situation or fracture.

2. extended GP visit 95 e

3. 60 min GP visit 150 e

4.  Registration in practice with chronic or recurrent problem or visit with more then 1 problem to be discussed- 95 euros.

5.  referral / prescription / certificate 30 euro

Please be advised that our service usually is complementary to your own GP, it is not an emergency or urgent medical service. For availability of walk-in service please contact.

Telemedicine – in short – distance medicine.

The form of consultation for patients who can not reach the practice.

Due to the unique nature of the integrative patient care which is out of reach for many people because of the distance, as well as the numerous inquiries about the availability of remote consultations telephone-teleconference, we decided to simplify the rules for telemedicine consultations.

I. Telemedicine Consultation is not medical examination due to virtual inertia and lack of physical examination.

II. Consultation is made to support the patient and his family doctor (default primary care physician – in the absence of details of the patient`s doctor  the summary of the consultation will be sent to the email address of the patient or postal address)

III. The consultation will be selected by the patient as the following:

1. Consultation of GP services

2. First Consultation of chronic problem – about 45 min. or  first consultation in 12 months 

3. Follow up – up to 30 min. (every 3 months)

4. Short unplanned consultation – about 5-10 min. – only for patients in regular care

5. First Consultation focused on nutrition – about 45 min. – first consultation in 12 months with individual nutrition programme

6. Follow up  focused on nutrition

VI.  In response to your request for consultation, we will send you an appointment for the consultation and a questionnaire if required, please attach the necessary documentation to this form.

V. Please return the questionnaire at least three days before the consultation and pay the invoice sent by Pay Pal System to your email address or attach bank transfer confirmation if you choose to avoid Pay Pal services

VI. The Internet is not a secure way of transmitting data. We make every effort to preserve confidentiality but we can not be responsible for violation of the confidentiality of data resulting from data transmissions made by patients. Please be careful and do not upload data from the internet cafe and computers or networks publicly available. Sensitive Data can not be transmitted in electronic form and will be discussed during the personal conversation.
